Shipping policy

Standard Shipping (3.99 Shipping): Our standard shipping method is USPS Media Mail shipping. You should receive your products within 5-14 business days from the day you order them.

Expedited Shipping:
We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items.

Free Shipping For items that are sold to us    Free shipping is only for customers that are selling us items And shipping through USPS media mail, We provide a refund of the total amount you spend with credit to your online account This is only if you use USPS media mail only, and you have prior approval from us first! (you must request USPS media mail at the post office). If you decide to use any other carrier other than USPS media mail We will not credit or refund the customer for any amount unless agreed to before hand.


We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time.

We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.

On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.


Wish list Or “cant find your items”

When a customer request an item online, In the wish list feature It’s processed in our database. The next time your book(s) or item(s) become available  it will generate an email automatically With the specific link to that specific item and you will have the option to purchase it (if it’s still available)  In no way do we guarantee that you get the book(s) or item(s) that you requested, It’s strictly on a first come first serve basis Everyone has a right to buy that item just as you do The reason that we do this is because there might be more than one customer requesting one item at any one time, therefore we highly recommend as soon as you get this e-mail you go directly to the website and buy the book(s) or item(s) . If you do miss the book(s) or item(s)  and you are still interested in purchasing the book(s) or item(s) then you must go back on the website And requests those books or items again  in the “wish list” section.


Sell us your items

Any items that are sent to us must have prior approval. Any items that are sent without prior approval we are not responsible for! Therefore we highly recommend that you contact us before you send us anything. Items that are sent to us without prior approval will not qualify for free shipping

We only buy  Jewish themes, No theology please! We will not accept those books or items.  The customer will go to “Sell us your items” link on our web site. The seller fills out an online questionnaire And in about 48 hours you will get a response , If you do not receive a response please contact our customer service at 952-926-3738. We reserve the right Not to purchase items for whatever reason. Anyone that sends us items without prior approval Will have 30 days to send us the money to ship it back to them After 30 days There will be a storage fee plus the shipping costs .


After the items are received we will look over those items and give you an offer, If you’re happy with the offer we will send you a check for that amount Or if you’re interested you can take credit for an additional 10% For example if we owe you $100 And you decided to take the credit we will owe you $110 and it will be added to your account. Once you accept the offer the items becomes ours , If you decide you don’t accept  this offer, we will ship back the items at our expense. If you we have made you an offer and we do not hear back from you within 30 days then it will be considered that the original offer was accepted by you and you will be sent the money.

CD’S, CD-ROMs or DVDs VHS’S with Superficial marks are OK. We do not pay for copies of tapes, CD’S, CD-ROMs or DVDs only originals!  and We prefer they have the original covers.

Seforim- Will only be accepted if they are in great or perfect condition. If we see that a customer is sending us Shaimos we reserve the right not to accept any more items from that customer. And the customer is responsible (costs) for proper G‘NIZA (Burial).

50% program "BuyBack" Has been suspended indefinitely.

10% program

 If you sell us items and instead of taking the check you rather take the credit You will get 10% credit on top of the original offer For example if we owe you $100 And you decided to take the credit, we will owe you $110 and it will be added to your account. Once you take the credit you will not be able to change and take the check instead.

Return policy

Returns are only accepted Within Two weeks of the date ordered for a full site credit. (in their original condition) We are unable to accept returns for books marked as (As-IS) Or any non book item. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. If the return is do to a listing error or damage during transit, then a refund will be issued without the restocking fee. NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
